Stop Reversing Accidents: Use Parking Aids
There are several reasons reversing accidents take place. Sometimes it is driver error because they are not paying attention, but sometimes reversing accidents are a result of something a bit out of our control. For example in one reversing accident I saw a woman was wearing a block high heel style shoe. The shoe caught on the floor mat and because she wasn’t quick enough she hit another vehicle rather than getting into the parking space. It doesn’t really matter how reversing accidents occur. The fact that parking accidents occur frequently is something you need to consider when protecting your vehicle from damage. Parking safety should be your main concern not only to avoid car damage, but also to avoid insurance claims.
