Parking sensors fitting

Parking sensor kits are the latest technology driven devices which help driving make a simple and enjoyable experience. More than the aid for simple driving these parking sensors have become a must have devices, thanks to the limited parking space and frequent traffic jams.

Novice drivers usually make mistakes while reversing their car and more often then not end up making some mistake or causing some damage to their as well as other car. Parking a car in a small space is very difficult and needs good concentration, above average car handling skills, efficiency and accurate judgment.

If you have a small family car then the job gets a bit easier, but parking a long and big lavish looking sedan with big tiers is a big problem. Invariably these big cars have large turning radius and are difficult to maneuver.

People tend to forget two very important things, first, the car’s pick up increases in its reverse gear; and second, the objects that are seen in the rear view mirror are much closer than they appear.

People trying to reverse their car using the rear view mirror as their aid many a times dash the objects behind them. Novice drivers are most likely to make this mistake. Parking sensors are the best solution for all this problems. They help you park your car perfectly in the restricted space without any fuss or any hassle.

Many types of parking sensors are available in the market. Many new generation cars come with pre-installed parking sensors. Many companies sell such parking sensor devices and each device has some unique specialty or a unique feature. Installing or fitting a parking sensor in a car is very easy.

The parking sensor kit contains all the necessary tips and directions, tools and other necessary components. Many people choose to install their parking sensors on their own at home. These can be fitted in your car even at the nearest garage. Different parking sensors need to be installed in different ways to get the maximum performance and accuracy.

Parking sensors which come with a LCD screen and camera are installed in the following way; the camera is very small and is generally fitted in the rear indicator panel or below the rear bumper, while the LCD screen is fixed on top of the dash board. The camera uses fuzzy view technology to transmit clear and sharp images. The camera is auto focusable and auto adjustable.

Parking sensors which come with a LED screen and a sensing device can be fitted in this way; the senses device is fitted in the plastic rear bumper of the car or on the rear wheel axel as preferred by the user. The LED screen is fixed on the dash board and the whereabouts of the object behind the car can be viewed on it.

Parking sensors which use sensing device and alarm as their components follow the same method of installation as that of the sensing device and LED screen. The only difference the alarm is fitted under the front hood of the car.

Customer Testimonials

I can't believe the ease by which the parking sensor was fitted and we just love the discrete 'hidden' sensor design. What a difference the PD1 makes to both mine and my wife's parking and reversing.

The audible alert keeps our attention to a maximum level and really helps with tight parking spaces.
