No Drill Parking Aids
Parking aids come in two types. You have the ultrasonic parking sensor and the electromagnetic parking aid. The ultrasonic parking sensors require you to drill holes in the bumper of your vehicle. There are also four to six parking sensors to be installed on the vehicle. Why go with complication when you can go with the no drill parking aids?
The no drill parking aid or electromagnetic parking sensor allows you to place four sensors on the car without altering the vehicles looks in anyway. The electromagnetic parking sensor will adhere to the inside part of your bumper. If you have metal bumpers you will need a small adaptation to the parking sensor to make it work.
The installation can be completed with a trained professional to ensure that the reverse sensors and front parking sensors are in the correct place and working properly. The systems are also easy for you to install if you are mechanically inclined. You just need to follow the installation instructions that come with the electromagnetic parking sensor.
The only one of its kind is the PD1 parking sensor from Parking Dynamics. Parking Dynamics will supply you with further information regarding the use of the parking sensors in the technical section on this site. For our purposes you need to know that the PD1 uses the CAN bus wiring system to transmit information to the driver of the car. This wiring system alerts the driver at stages when they become close to objects such as vehicles, curbs, or people. The no drill parking aids allow you to reverse and park with safety of others and yourself in mind. The fact that it does not detract from the overall appearance of the vehicle is a bonus that only the PD1 can offer you.
